Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HasteKit website at hastekit.ai, the HasteKit application at app.hastekit.ai, and our APIs, SDKs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by HasteKit ("HasteKit", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

HasteKit is an AI agent platform that includes:

  • an OpenAI-compatible LLM Gateway that routes requests to third-party LLM providers;
  • an Agent Builder for configuring agents, knowledge bases, skills, and workflows;
  • Connectors that authorize HasteKit to act on third-party services (e.g. Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Jira, GitHub) on behalf of you or your end users;
  • Channels (Slack, Telegram, etc.) and Triggers for invoking agents;
  • Observability (traces, costs, dashboards).

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce functionality on a paid plan.

2. Your Account

To use most features of the Services, you must create an account or sign in via a supported identity provider. You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information;
  • keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access;
  • be responsible for all activity under your account, including actions performed by agents you configure;
  • be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or 13+ with parental consent where permitted by law).

3. Your Content

You retain all rights in the content you submit to the Services — including prompts, configurations, knowledge-base documents, workflow definitions, skills, and any output generated for you by the Services ("Your Content"). You grant HasteKit a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and otherwise process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services for you.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

4. Connectors & Third-Party Services

When you authorize a Connector to access a third-party service such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Jira, or GitHub:

  • HasteKit will use the connection only to perform the actions you or your agent request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable third-party terms;
  • you are responsible for ensuring you have authority to grant the connection and to perform the actions you direct;
  • third-party services are not part of the HasteKit Services and are governed by their own terms; HasteKit is not responsible for them;
  • HasteKit's use of Google user data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. LLM Providers & AI Output

The Services route prompts to third-party LLM providers selected by you. Output produced by LLMs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise inappropriate for your use case. You are responsible for:

  • reviewing and validating AI output before relying on it for decisions, especially decisions with legal, financial, medical, or safety implications;
  • complying with the terms of the LLM providers you select;
  • ensuring that prompts and configurations comply with applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • send spam, phishing, malware, or fraudulent content;
  • generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, content that promotes violence or hate, or other prohibited content under the LLM provider's policies;
  • impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code, models, or data, except as permitted by law;
  • resell or sublicense the Services without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

7. Fees

Some features are free; others are available on paid plans. Prices, billing cycles, and plan inclusions are described at the time of purchase or in your account. You are responsible for all fees incurred under your account, including LLM usage forwarded to third-party providers when you supply your own provider keys versus when you use ours. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

8. HasteKit Intellectual Property

HasteKit and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the website, application, SDKs, documentation, and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license except as expressly set forth here. Open-source components are governed by their own licenses, which are made available where required.

9. Confidentiality

We will treat your non-public configuration data, API keys, OAuth tokens, and trace data as confidential and use them only to provide the Services, as further described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to treat non-public information about HasteKit (e.g. pricing not yet announced, technical details disclosed in private previews) as confidential.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • HasteKit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Services;
  • HasteKit's aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HasteKit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual-property or privacy right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account from the application. We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason on reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) will survive.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g. by email or in-app notice) and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protections you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

16. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms) constitute the entire agreement between you and HasteKit regarding the Services.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
